How To Get and Stay in Great Shape

 

 

Support Sessions

Question: Why do people stop trying to lose weight? Answer: They get bored or lose motivation!

 

Swimmers DivingGive yourself a flying start and see a great result within the first few weeks with help of your own personal BodyShape Coach.

 

Your BodyShape Coach will contact you as soon as you pay your initial subscription and introduce you to the program.


You will have at least two support sessions by phone each week with your BodyShape Coach to keep you motivated and focused and to help you on a personal level.

 

One support session is a 1-2-1 personal review of your previous week and to help you plan your week ahead. You arrange the days and times of these sessions with your BodyShape Coach

 

The other weekly support session is based on a group seminar format with other IntaShapers. These group sessions are restricted to a maximum of 15 IntaShapers. The first part of the group session is an audio/visual seminar taken by your BodyShape Coach. Your BodyShape Coach will be covering some great topics about getting and staying in shape. The second part of the seminar is to open to questions and discussion.


The group seminars last for around 30 minutes. You will receive a copy of the group seminar time table so that you can select the best day and time to suite.


You no longer have to be concerned about how you will maintain your enthusiasm and commitment. This is the job of your BodyShape Coach. You also have the satisfaction and security of knowing that your BodyShape Coach will continue with you throughout the time that you remain on the program and assures you will stay motivated.
